  5. 2 tomatoes, finely chopped

  9. 1 tsp coriander powder
  10. 1 tsp cumin powder
  11. 1/2 tsp red chili powder (optional)
  12. 2 cups water
  13. 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
